Let's say this post is about... training fashion?
You see, one must look good while running, bouncing, sweating and stuff, right?
Girls, see the motivation there? Lovely little shopping for training hours? ;)
Anyway, not a single atom of my body likes sports. Believe me, I don't posses
that patriotic feeling when there is Euro-something-cup out there, I don't like any ball pointed in
my direction and I do not consider volleyball and stuff as fun in the sun.
So that leads me to dancing. Along with yoga and jumping the rope, the only exercise I do accept
(in my case, of course).
I've been dancing for a long time now. I tried a bunch of styles and found myself
in one of the most feminine one. It is my meditation, my relaxation, my joy and my escape from
For the last six years I am part of this dance school, as a student and as a teacher.

Apart from dancing, like I said, I really like jumping the rope and jogging. I try to jump the rope
at least 3-4 days in a week for about an hour. It's a great way to clear your mind and body.
